I was introduced to the Family Constellation Sessions by Ruchika & Smriti. I was a bit sceptical about these sessions when I was briefed about Family constellation, as I was not aware about how it works.
But, in the first session only I was baffled when certain information about my ancestors were pointed out which was detrimental to my family’s growth & stagnation.

I was introduced to this beautiful modality called Family constellation (FC) from Ruchika.
