Let me share a true story.

A dear friend of mine, smart, well-read, spiritually inclined and with a presentable personality had everything going for her, except marriage. She was in her 40s, still single, and the pressure from her family was growing. Proposals came and went. Some would even progress to a few meetings before abruptly falling apart.
