Releasing excess weight, reducing excess fat has many solutions - diet, fasting, exercise, medication, surgery - most of these overlook the importance of a holistic approach. For instance, weight is way beyond the excess fat or flab on your body! Look at what all it can be - 

 

• Feeling unsafe. When we live in toxic, abusive and unhappy environments where there is criticism, shouting, violence, taunts, judgments, the body puts on a layer as padding. The excess weight cushions the impact of these energies. No weight release can be sustained without feeling safe

• Over a period of time, we can start blaming, disconnecting and disowning ourselves i.e. we become our own criticisers and abusers. This means we are not working together with the body and ultimately the body will not listen to us

• Pushing ourselves when exhausted. The inability to listen to the body’s messages also stops the body from listening to our instructions. At the end of the day our body keeps us alive, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND! Disrespecting / controlling / criticising the body cannot result in sustained weight release

• Unexpressed, suppressed, repressed emotions / memories / trauma become solid weight in the body over time. A healthy approach to your perfect body requires emotional management too

• When we have the fear of letting go, the weight becomes sticky and stubborn as the energy is now pulling inward to keep it all

• Lack mentality is the mental version of the fear of letting go. When we believe there isn't enough, we become insecure and start hoarding, including weight

 

All of the above and more contribute to how we eat, exercise and sleep. As we heal them, we organically start making better choices and releasing the weight.

Welcome to a refreshingly new and effective way of releasing extra weight with the 10-SECOND WORKOUT where you will not only release the extra weight, but make long lasting changes in your relationship with your body. Begin by realising how dangerous it is to use the word “lose” as none of us likes to lose anything - we immediately go looking for it! And as you can understand it’s also why we put the weight back on. We are just happy to have found it again! It is healthier to use words like “reduce”, “release”, “let go”, “shed” and “drop”.

 

(You will also note how we do not use the word “lose” in our challenge although we do ask to check for clothes fitting looser!)

HOW TO START (detailed instructions will be shared on signing up)

  1. Go through the FAQs

  2. Join the Telegram group

  3. Turbo charge your water (instructions will be shared)

  4. Keep 20 minutes aside

  5. You will need 2 glasses of turbo charged slimming water, may be even more

  6. Give the Decree i.e. say it in your normal voice. Keep your awareness open for shifts like feeling lighter, energetic, etc.

  7. Please have more water at the mildest of thirst

  8. Finish off your routine with the final glass of water - begin hydrated and end hydrated!
